Apple Milkshake, an easy & healthy milkshake that you can have it on even breakfast itself.It's so fulfilling and very tasty.Put all the ingredients in the blender and within few secs,you're milkshake is ready.In this recipe,you can use whole or %2 or no fat milk.I have used whole milk to get rich taste and even you can top up with vanilla icecream for extra richness.

Ingredients
Apple - 1 
Chilled Milk - 1/2 cup
Honey - to taste
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp

Procedure
First wash the apple well and then cut into small pieces. Put it in the mixie jar along with milk.Then add the honey and blend into smooth in mixie/blender.Pour it in the glass and sprinkle cinnamon powder on the top.That's it, Tasty Apple MilkShake is ready to serve.
Notes:
  • Instead of honey, you can use sugar or any sweetness as per your liking.
  • If you want dominant cinnamon flavor, add extra 1/4 tsp of cinnamon powder while blending.
  • If you prefer,peel the skin of the apple.
