Cabbage Thoran/Poriyal, the simple cabbage stir fry goes well with sambar and rice. Usually i make Poriyal with green chili and lot of grated coconut. One day, my hubby prepared this poriyal for lunch without coconut and i liked it so much.He too surprised that i liked his dish more than mine, that's very rare.
After that, i prepared this dish many times, in addition to his recipe, i add a tbsp of grated coconut & used coconut oil for extra flavor & taste. But even without coconut also ,it's very tasty.
