Frying Appalam in Microwave ? Yes, you read it right, appalam can be fried in microwave exactly like the deep fried one with very less oil or even without oil too.
Did you ever try to avoid frying appalam just because to heat the oil? I too that often. Some times, instead of frying the appalam as whole , i break the appalam into 4 pieces , since it requires every less oil to fry and i don't want a lot of leftover oil.
If you're like me, then this post is definitely a life saver. I learned this method of frying appalam from my husband. During his bachelor days in US, he used to fry the appalam like this.
I didn't believe him at first when he said that the appalam can be fried in microwave just like deep fried until he himself made it for me. So if you have microwave definitely give it a try, you will be amazed by the result.
