Sweet lassi, a simple & easy to make thirst quencher in this summer. As the summer is still in peak here, i make this often and serve as after lunch drink. It's very refrenshing & tasty too. I don't like the taste of sourness in my lassi, so used fresh curd.If the curd have more sourness, add 1/4 cup of boiled and chilled milk or chilled water along with curd while whipping.It will balance the sourness in the lassi. 

Sweet Lassi

Ingredients
Curd - 1 cup
Sugar/Honey - to taste
Cardamom - 2 
Chilled water( if needed)
Any nuts(chopped) - 1 tsp(optional) 
Saffron - 2 strands.

Procedure
Take the curd in mixie jar and add honey  in to it.Add the cardamom & whip it in mixie until becomes forthy.Pour in the glass,garnish with chopped nuts & saffron and serve immediately.Tasty Sweet Lassi is ready.
Notes:
  • If you have rose essence, add few drops for extra flavor.
  • I like cardamom flavor, so add it here, if you dont like, omit it.
  • You can use any nuts you like or serve as plain without any garnishing.
  • If the curd is sour, add chilled water and adjust the taste according to your preference.
