Watermelon Juice is a refreshing summer drink. There is nothing fancy in this recipe, just put everthing in the blender and the juice is ready in a minute.Even you can add few mint leaves or a piece of ginger as per your liking. 
This juice tastes best when served at fresh. To quench your thirst in this summer , try this refreshing juice.

Watermelon Juice

Ingredients
Water melon - 2 cups(roughly cubed)
Sugar / Honey - as per taste
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp

Procedure
First roughly chop the water melon and remove the green skin. Put it in a blender and squeeze the lemon juice.

Add sugar/honey as per your liking and blend into smooth.Strain the juice to remove seeds.


That's tasty & refreshing watermelon juice is ready.

Notes:
  • Mine is very sweet,so add 1 tsp sugar only.
  • If you like, you can add a piece of ginger or few mint leaves.
