First time i tasted this ladoo was when one of my friends brought this sweet during their visit to our home. It tasted so amazing with full of ghee flavor.
Ever since , i want to try these ladoos at home, so made this for diwali and loved it !. This ladoo stays well for more than a week so it's one of the best sweets to give as a diwali gift.

Ingredients
Besan/ Chick pea flour/Gram flour - 1 cup
Rava/Semolina - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Cardamom-2 nos
Dry Nuts - 2 tbsp(you can use cashew, pistachio or almond, i used almond)
Procedure
Tasty Besan ladoo is ready.

Notes
- After switch off the flame, dont leave the mixture in the pan as it is. Mix it continuously with laddle to avoid burning at the bottom.
- If you wish, you can roast the nuts in ghee and add into besan mixture.
- Semolina gives crunchiness to the ladoo.
