Ingredients
Onion - 1
Garlic Cloves -1
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Jalapeno - 1 tbsp
Capsicum - 2 tbsp(Optional)
Tomato - 2 nos
Coriander leaves - a handful
- Mix all of it, once you are ready to serve.
- Use very ripe Bangalore tomato, dont use country variety.
- I used regular onions, but in the original recipe, white onion is used
